These terms apply to the Soleo: Binge Eating Recovery app (the "Application"), created by Ion Botnaru / IBSoft (the "Service Provider"). By using the Application you agree to them.

These terms are effective as of 2026-09-07

The Application is educational self-help. It is not medical care, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is intended for adults. Everything you enter stays on your device. If you buy Premium, the purchase is handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and you can cancel it there at any time.

The Application provides education and self-tracking tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing in it is a clinical assessment, and no part of it should be used in place of advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are struggling, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or a local support line. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

The Application is intended for adults and is distributed with an 18 and over target audience. Do not use it if you are under 18.

Anything you write or add — urge logs, streaks, journal entries, photos, your display name — belongs to you and is stored on your device. The Service Provider has no server, cannot read it, and cannot recover it for you.

Because the Service Provider holds no copy, you are responsible for your own backups. Use Settings → Export to create one. Uninstalling the Application, resetting it, or losing the device removes the data permanently.

Some features require a Premium subscription or a one-time purchase. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by the Service Provider, and is governed by the terms of whichever store you purchased through.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel at any time in your store account settings — Apple ID subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, Google Play subscriptions on Android. Cancelling in the store is the only way to stop a renewal.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google, under their policies. The Service Provider cannot issue, approve or reverse a refund.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or course content of the Application, and do not redistribute its content as your own. The course text, flashcards and questions remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Application is provided as-is. The Service Provider may add, change or remove features, and may stop distributing the Application. Because the Application works offline and holds your data locally, an Application that is no longer distributed continues to work on a device where it is already installed until that device or its operating system stops supporting it.

The Application is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The Service Provider does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome for you.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Application, including loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page. Continued use after a change is deemed acceptance of it.
